Sugar, dried French lavender

Each jar makes ~4.5 oz of syrup

PREPARATION

Add 1/2 cup of boiling hot water to the mixture in a pot or heat safe bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain and enjoy with seltzer, iced tea, or fresh pressed juice.
