What Can I Expect from a Guided Meditation or Energy Grounding Session?
Chat: The session will begin with a brief discussion about your completed questionnaire.
Set the Tone: We’ll set intentions and clear the space
Establish Asana: We will determine which posture is most comfortable and applicable for your meditation.
Begin with the breath: I will guide you through a brief pranayama.
Rest: 20 to 30 mins uninterrupted time for rest in sacred silence
Tarot Reading: Personalized Reading to promote mindfulness and inner wisdom
Ground & Journal: We will end with grounding and journal prompts.
